Welcome to “my Phd Database”, a personal blog where I will share my Phd dissertation, alongside with other papers, writings, essays and whatsoever can be useful to foster research over various subjects.
I am a doctoral researcher in constitutional and public law at the Department of Political Science of the University of Roma Tre. Consequently, most of my contributions are written in my native language. However, my intention is to broaden the research to comparative law and include other languages.
I strongly recommend any of you who read this blog to make suggestions in order to ameliorate it or its contents.
Under the section “Research”, I will post all my published files.
Under the section “Database” you can find some materials and various extracts I have recovered from dusty shelves in different libraries. Some of them are very old and hard to retrieve, that’s why I think it’s a good idea to share them and make them available to new researchers and interpreters.
I am strongly favorable to openness, integration and sharing of knowledge. However, if you find my work noteworthy, please, quote it in your writings.
